Shipping Information

Orders will usually be dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment, however during busier periods, or if placing larger orders, we may require additional time. Should this be the case, you will be notified of the new timescale.

All orders will be sent via a tracked method where available. UK orders will usually be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Overseas orders will usually be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked and Signed.

Due to recent EU changes, that also impact Northern Ireland, we are unable to to send items to these locations. Any such orders will unfortunately have to be cancelled.

Please note that orders outside the UK may take, on average, 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, and sometimes longer - though all international orders should arrive within 4 weeks.

For overseas orders, It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there are no restrictions, in regards to the items entering their country, and to cover any customs fees. Mercian Forest will not be liable for any fines, or charges incurred.
