Hours of Business:

Though we are a home based business it is important to us that we have a healthy work/life balance; for this reason our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. 

We will endeavour to respond to all messages in a timely manner, however please allow up to 1 business day for order related queries and 3 business days for all others.

Wholesale, Resales and Drop-Shipping:

We are always happy to take requests for wholesale/resale business, however the sale of our items commercially must be pre-approved.

Where approved, permission will only extend to selling at physical locations, and not online platforms, including, but not limited to, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and ecommerce platforms (e.g. websites, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).

The intellect property of our designs remains our own, purchase of our items does not confer consent for reproduction.

International Orders:

For overseas orders, It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that there are no restrictions, in regards to the items entering their country, and to cover any customs fees. Mercian Forest will not be liable for any fines, or charges incurred.

Gemstone, Glass and Natural Components:

Where semi-precious gemstones, glass and other natural items such as wood or stone are used in our designs, please be aware these can vary from piece to piece due to their nature, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Our Right to Cancel:

We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice, including, but not limited to, wholesale/resale/dropship orders that have not been pre-approved, non-standard residential addresses, orders flagged as a potential risk etc.
