This representation of Aphrodite measures around 6 cm in height, she is sculpted from beige clay, she has been painted lightly with paint giving her an almost chiselled bone affect appearance. Aphrodite is seen here with a star fish on one thigh, seaweed trailing up the other and seashells cover her boobs there is a moonstone gemstone set within her tummy. We choose moonstone because of her connection to the moon and the sea. Moonstone is also a stone of love.
