Artemis is the goddess of the hunt, of wild animals. She is also a Lunar Goddess and daughter of Zeus and Leto and the twin sister of Apollo.
Artemis is depicted here carrying her bow and quiver full of arrows mid hunt accompanied with one of her hounds standing in front of a full moon.
