Welcome to our listing for the Bast/Bastet Goddess Pendant Necklace.
Handcrafted upon quality silver plated chain the necklace features a Goddess sculpted from Polymer Clay. Set within her belly is a Lapis Lazuli Gemstone.
Bast/Bastet measures around 6 cm in height, She has Black skin (the colour most associated to her). A ceremonial Sistrum with a Aegis shield sits across her right thigh and there is a Sun disk at the top of her head. Gold is added to her to accentuate her breasts and outline the Lapis Lazuli in her tummy. Gold braids run through her hair.
Bastet is known as the Goddess of Fertility, Pregnancy and Childbirth, but her Origins tell of her being a fierce warrior of the sun. Sometimes shown with a lion's face, other times with a Cats face. I have shown Bast in her most recognised form.
Lapis Lazuli is said to be a powerful stone for the higher self, it enhances intellect, helps you to connect to a deeper intuition and psychic abilities and helps to recall and transcend through past lives.
Its magical correspondences are very similar for its healing and enabling psychic abilities. However Lapis Lazuli is also very good for any acts of divination such as scrying or tarot and is said to be able to enhance readings, for this and more it is said to be a stone every magician should own and utilize.
