This listing is for a Altar hanging, celebrating Litha, the Summer Solstice. Litha is the moment when the sun is at its peak, the longest day of the year. Days have been growing longer since the sun's rebirth at Yule and from this day forward will gradually get shorter until the sun wanes in power and we arrive once more at the Winter Solstice at the sun's rebirth.
This wall hanging has been made by us using a natural wooden slice with the bark still attached, the tile measures between 9 to 10 cm.
