The Jackalope is a mythical animal of North America sometimes referred to as a Jackrabbit with antelope horns the word Jackalope being a merging of the words Jack (rabbit) and (ante) lope. It's thought to have originated from a hoax in the 1930's if the stories are to be believed.
Although Jackalopes have no significance within Witchcraft itself, this mythical creature is often associated with the spirit world, even as a spirit animal in its own right existing in the otherworld they are believed to have healing powers.
