This listing is for a Altar Tile, celebrating The Wheel of the Year. This is the annual cycle of the eight Sabbats which pagans and witches observe.
Our representation of the great wheel, lists the Sabbats in turn, from Yule the first Sabbat (to many) all the way through to Samhain. Below the names of the Sabbats are the symbols for each Sabbat. Underneath that, the general dates these sabbats fall around. We have finished the tile off by burning a decorative lunar moon cycle that bears so significance to the sabbats themselves but is pretty and a hat tip to the lunar cycle many Witches work by, and it is finished with a Triquetra in the centre acknowledging to some the three phases of the Goddess or Earth, Sea, Sky.
This tile measures approximately 18-20 cm.
